Terms

The short version: Teipa is a journal, not a coach or a doctor. Your data is yours. Use the app fairly.
Who we are
Teipa is provided by [Legal entity name], [postal address]. Contact: hello@teipa.run.
Your account
You need an account to use Teipa. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your content
What you bring into Teipa — your runs, notes, reflections and photos — stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to you so the app works. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time from Me in the app.
Strava
Teipa can import your activities from Strava once you connect your account. Your use of Strava is governed by Strava's own terms. Teipa is an independent app and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Strava. If Strava changes or limits access to its service, some Teipa features may stop working.
Not medical or coaching advice
Teipa shows what you've done and how you said it felt. It does not tell you how to train and is not a medical device. Running a marathon is hard on the body: listen to it, and talk to a doctor or qualified coach before making decisions about your health or training.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
The app
We work to keep Teipa running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. If we ever shut Teipa down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Teipa. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Apple
If you downloaded Teipa from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes and law
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of [Spain].
